Welcome to Blue Sky Beads, a business owned and operated by Sandra Fynboh, an independant artist.
Blue Sky Beads Studio and Gallery is located south of Akeley, a very small town in Northern Minnesota where you can find some of the most beautiful natural places in the world.
We have been in business since 1999 as a retail and wholesale supplier of hand-made glass beads and unique, interesting, one of a kind jewelry pieces. In 2005 Blue Sky Beads opened its doors to the public and is now open Tuesday through Saturday from May through December.
When you visit the studio you will see a large range of handmade glass beads and beading supplies as well as jewelry, local photography and sculpture. Every thing in the studio is handmade by local artists.
You can also take the opportunity to design a piece of your own with the crew and go home with your own one of a kind piece.
